Switzerland, Week 23

The Swiss Riviera.

This past week, I visited a place so magical, it felt like a storybook within a storybook. Quinten, a Swiss village located along the coastline of Lake Walensee (also known as Lake Walen), is accessible only by boat or on foot and is nestled at the base of the Swiss Alps. I didn’t see them, but I’m sure fairies and elves tend to the fig trees, berry bushes, walnut trees, and vineyards that line the streets and walking paths.
